Join us for our annual 3-day (2-night) tennis trip to Vail, Colorado at the Vail Racquet Club, September 11-13, 2026!
This year, registration will be for an individual spot rather than reserving an entire condo. Roommates can be requested through the registration form however registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to honor roommate requests however they are not guaranteed. Space is limited to 48 players. Waitlist will be maintained for any spaces that open up due to cancellations.

WPTC Member Pricing:
We strive to keep the trip as affordable as possible every year. The price increase reflects the overall increase in price to use all of the beautiful spaces at Vail Racket Club (clay and hard tennis courts, pickleball court, all of the Club House amenities, lunch patio space and comfortable condos) in addition to the overall increase in the cost of food and other supplies.

Common Questions:
Q: Twin beds in a shared room are always the most popular room type, why can’t we get more?
A: We request all of the twin beds that VRC has to offer. Twin beds are not common and most condos have switched to queen beds.
Q: What is a “queen shared bed”?
A: This room type is most commonly selected by couples or friends so the two individuals are sharing a queen bed together. You will have an opportunity to request a roommate at registration however registration is not guaranteed. The semi-private condo will have private bathrooms for each of the shared queen beds in the unit.
Q: What is a shared condo/townhouse?
A: A shared condo is a multi bedroom condo such as a two or three bedroom condo (or townhome). Your individual room will be your selected room type, but you may be sharing a bathroom.
Q: What does the price include? Any additional fees?
A: There are NO additional fees! The price listed above includes a two nights stay in Vail, CO, dinner Friday night, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, lunch Saturday, drink coolers court side with both alcoholic and non alcoholic refreshments, Hot Tub Happy hour, open access to tennis courts for drop in play Friday starting at 1pm, organized tennis matches all day Saturday, drop in pickle ball court, and Top Dog Sunday morning. Tennis balls will also be provided during the weekend.
Q: My spouse/significant other would like to come to Vail for the weekend but does not play tennis. Can they come?
A: At this time we are unable to accommodate housing for a spouse/significant other who will not be participating in the weekend's tennis matches.
Q: How will Saturday court time be organized?
A: Tennis will continue to be organized based on the player's NTRP rating and yes, every registrant is looked up so please register as you are currently rated! Requests to ‘play up’ cannot be accommodated due to the size of our group. The morning portion will be pre-planned organized play with players within your NTRP range. The afternoon portion will be open play where you can sign up with a partner to play against your friends!
The weekend is always very popular and fills up quickly. After the max number of 48 players has been registered, a Waitlist will be maintained!
CANCELLATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 14, 2026, 5:00pm
If a player withdraws before August 14, 2026 at 5:00pm MST, they will receive their full registration fee back. If a player withdraws after August 14th at 5:01pm MST, they will be charged $75 for late cancelation if we are able to backfill their registration. IF WE CANNOT BACKFILL THE REGISTRATION, THE ENTIRE REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
