In Colorado, League play starts in March of each year and continues deep into September. To get involved in league play, you can form your own team by becoming a team captain, or we can help you find a team to play on. All WPTC League Team players must have current memberships with WPTC and USTA. Captains are responsible for ensuring everyone on their team has paid their WPTC dues for the current year. If you've never played on a WPTC USTA League, here are a few things you might find helpful... Tennis Leagues: What are they and who can play? Did you know that WPTC contributes a generous stipend to assist USTA league teams to go to Sectionals? It pays to play out of the WPTC -- especially if you think you've got a winning team! | Being a Captain Has Benefits!WPTC is always looking for folks to Captain or Co-Captain league teams! As a team captain, not only do you get to plan your team's season schedule (who plays which matches and which lines) and assign home team hospitality responsibilities, additionally WPTC throws in a FREE MEMBERSHIP for captains*!
* All captains will need to first pay their membership fee, then after they've fulfilled their responsibilities the membership fee will be refunded. Are you a WPTC Captain looking for players?
