Right to Refuse Service, Membership, and Event Admission

As a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive community, Wash Park Tennis Club, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, deny or revoke memberships, and deny entry to or remove individuals from club events or rented facilities at our sole discretion. Reasons for refusal or removal include, but are not limited to:

  • Abusive Behavior: Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior directed at club staff, volunteers, other members, players, or spectators.
  • Disruptive Conduct: Behavior that willfully disrupts matches, tennis clinics, social gatherings, or club operations.
  • Safety Violations: Failing to follow court safety rules, facility guidelines, or instructions from club officials, thereby endangering themselves or others. 
  • Damage to Property: Intentional misuse, vandalism, or destruction of club courts, equipment, or facilities.
  • Non-Compliance with Rules: Failure to adhere to club bylaws, event-specific codes of conduct, or guest policies.

We enforce these policies strictly to maintain a safe environment for all participants. Wash Park Tennis Club, Inc. does not discriminate or refuse service based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other legally protected status
