Our club has grown to over 650 members, and we are incredibly proud of the community we’ve built. However, many members are surprised to learn that {Organization_Name} is 100% volunteer-run. Currently, a small team of just eight people manages everything you love about the club.
To ensure our social calendar remains vibrant, we are looking for a few more people to join the team as Social Event Coordinators.
The Opportunity: We are looking for individuals (or pairs of friends!) to help manage our seasonal rotations:
While we don't require a formal contract, we are ideally looking for people who can stick with us for 1–2 years or more to help provide some consistency for the membership.

Free Annual Membership: Your club fees are on us for the year(s) you volunteer.

Play While You Lead: You are encouraged to play in the socials you organize.

A Seat at the Table: You’ll be invited to our monthly board meetings to share how your events went and help shape future socials. (Attendance is "as available"—we know you have a life outside the courts!)
The Role: It’s simpler than you might think. You’ll handle communication with the registrants (generally up to 56 max), coordinate with the facility manager (Winter/Indoor), and create the player draw. You’ll also be the "on-court" lead to help things run smoothly and coordinate changeovers
Your Vision: Finally, if you’ve ever walked away from one of our socials thinking, "That was great, but I’d do it a little differently," or "I have an idea to make this even better"—this is your chance! We aren’t just looking for helping hands; we’re looking for fresh perspectives. We welcome your ideas and will give you the autonomy to put your own stamp on the event..and help you along the way!
