Join us for our annual 3-day (2-night) tennis trip to Vail, Colorado at the Vail Racquet Club!
The trip is full, but we are still taking registrations for the waitlist from members AND non-members. We expect to pull players at specific playing levels off the waitlist throughout August, so we encourage you to add your name!
What's Included?
- 2 nights lodging at the glorious Vail Racquet Club and all amenities
- Multiple opportunities for organized and open play tennis
- Welcome dinner on Friday, lunch on Saturday, beer, wine, NA drinks, snacks throughout weekend (gluten-free and vegetarian options)
Registration and Cancellation Policy
- NEW! Registrants may register one guest for shared rooms at time of registration!
- Cancelation deadline for full refund is August 2 (deduct $50 after Aug. 2 unless we can fill spot)

Friday, Sept 6
1 - 6 p.m.
- Open play tennis on six courts (grab a friend or connect with new friends on our WhatsApp channel)
4 p.m.
- VRC Check-In (early check-ins will be charged a fee and must be arranged two weeks early
6 p.m.
- Welcome taco bar dinner (with NA, wine, beer) at host condo (bring a folding chair if you have one)
- Overview of weekend schedule, Q/A, group picture
Saturday, Sept 7
8 a.m.
- Fruit, Aussie Bars, granola bars on the courts
8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
- Organized rounds (four rounds per player - by level)
8:30 - 9:15
9:15 - 10
10 - 10:45
10:45 - 11:30
11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Group lunch on patio (build your own sandwich or wrap)
11:30 - 12:15

- Open courts (grab your friends and a court)

- Possible WPTC yoga class

- Check out of VRC (late check-outs will be charged a fee)

- Departures back to Denver
Accommodations Information:
WPTC has no control over which condos/townhomes are assigned to our group by VRC. We place people based on the available condos, rooms, bed configurations and players' preferences.
